Whether you attend Kettlebell Academy classes or not, we discovered that most of our successful clients' training happens at home. Independent training promotes self discipline, confidence and helps make fitness a more permanent part of your daily routine. 

The memberships that we offer range from $15-$150 per week depending on what the client needs. Some people are looking for a bit of guidance and others desire more direction, support, and accountability. In your initial consultation we will ask you some questions which will allow us to determine which options may be best suited for you.

How Online Coaching works:

  • After receiving your private login, you will be required to complete an in-depth fitness questionanire.
  • Then you will be able to select your membership option (below) and we will work out your first tailored Performance Plan.
  • Your Performance Plan is easy to view and manage on any device at any time.
  • The workouts have an in-built timer, video and written instructions for every exercise.There is also a scheduling calendar, stats tracker, progress photo camera and other tools that make it fun and easy to achieve your daily, monthly and yearly goals.
  • You can track your stats, or simply check in so we can view your attendance. You can watch your progress and interact 1-on-1 with your coach via the messaging tool.
  • Your Performance Plans grow with you. As you get healthier, stronger, lose weight, gain more enegry and become fitter, you unlock new skill levels, new workouts, new challenges and new Benchmarks. It's a never-ending climb to virtuosity.

Membership Plans

The Minimalist 

$67 per month

PicsArt_05-21-03.45.10.jpgThis basic option is for members who attend classes or private sessions on a weekly basis. Your technique is checked and improved during coaching sessions.

- Performance Plan Update every 4-6 weeks

- Progress and Attendance Tracking

You can then either pre-schedule your workouts into the calendar in advance or log them as you go. 

You will be able to use a mobile device to access all your training tools, complete your workouts with the app timer, view technique videos, and track your progress. Your coach will be monitoring your attendance and progress.

The Personal

$97 per month

amber bw.jpgThis is the optimal option if you do not attend classes or private sessions. Here you receive technique assessment and coaching through regular video contact.
